Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before submitting an order.

1. Payment & Process
  • All payments must be made in USD via PayPal, CashApp or Venmo.
  • 50% payment is required upfront before I begin working.
  • Work will begin only after the invoice is cleared.
2. Revisions & Edits
  • You receive 2 free rounds of major revisions during the rough sketch/lining phase.
  • Minor color adjustments are free at any stage.
  • Major structural changes requested after the final render will incur an extra fee.
3. Refunds & Cancellation
  • A full refund is available if I have not started working on your piece.
  • A partial 50% refund is available if the project is cancelled during the sketch phase.
  • No refunds will be issued once the final pixel art rendering phase has begun.
4. Other
  • I will record my process if requested.
  • You are allowed to use my work in commercial products, but please credit me (My name and a link to this site will work great)!
